We deliver across India. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3–5 business days, while other cities take 5–7 business days. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.

Yes, we ship pan-India through reliable courier partners. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also check your order status from the My Orders section after logging in.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Custom and personalised orders are non-returnable.

Email us at hello@rusticcharm.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a reverse pickup.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.

We use premium archival-quality paper and canvas with fade-resistant inks. Each product listing specifies the exact material and finish options available.

We do our best to ensure colour accuracy. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. We recommend viewing product images on a calibrated screen.

Absolutely! We offer custom art services. Visit our Custom Art section or email us with your requirements and we will create something unique for you.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

COD is currently available for select pin codes. If your pin code is eligible, the COD option will appear at checkout.
