Shipping and Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped via registered couriers to ensure safe and trackable delivery.
Order Processing Time: We process all orders within 1 business day of receipt.
Delivery Time:
- Bangalore: 2-3 days
- Other areas: 3-8 days
Shipping costs are free for most of the location and, is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be incurred for international shipments.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must reach us without any damage during return shipping.
Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Please note: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
